The Labour Court recommended that Kildare County Council compensate its 10 Revenue Collectors for the loss of field work on the Register of Electors, using a formula of one and a half times the loss under the Public Service Agreement. The recommendation was dated 14 June 2018. The Court also recommended that FÓRSA consult the collectors on the council’s two proposals for restructuring their roles, notify the council of their choice and then hold local discussions on implementation.
