The Labour Court affirmed a recommendation that Tesco Ireland Limited pay Craig Brennan €450 after his appeal over his return to work following sick leave. The decision was signed on 14 May 2018. Tesco relied on a contractual clause allowing reassignment within his grade to meet business needs and said it had complied with the policy.
