The Labour Court varied an adjudicator’s recommendation in a bullying dispute between a worker and Iron Mountain (Ireland) Services Limited. The decision was signed on 22 November 2017. At the hearing, the parties agreed she would work from 6am to 2pm and return to the Projects Office. The Court said the issues were no longer in dispute and varied the recommendation to reflect their arrangement.
