The Labour Court recommended a three-year pay agreement for Sulzer Pump Solutions Ireland Ltd and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union, with increases of 2.25% effective from 1 January 2017, 1 January 2018 and 1 January 2019. The union had sought 3.5% increases for two years, restored retirement benefits and continued weekly pay. The company had proposed moving employees from weekly to monthly pay.
