Labour Court recommends union accept Kerry Ingredients Listowel pay offer

The Labour Court recommended that the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union accept Kerry Ingredients Listowel’s pay offer in a dispute over cooperation with new SAP software. The recommendation was signed on 26 June 2017. The offer provided increases of 2.5% a year from 2015 to 2018, a total 10% over the period. The Court said the union should accept cooperation with the SAP implementation as normal ongoing change, after the employer said it would not significantly affect production work, employment or earnings.
