The Labour Court upheld in full an Adjudication Officer’s recommendation on a Wexford County Council worker’s appeal under the Industrial Relations Act 1969. The recommendation was signed on 19 June 2017. The appeal was heard alongside a related appeal under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. The Court said it was unnecessary to repeat the underlying background set out in that related case.
