The Labour Court recommended that the Technical, Engineering And Electrical Union accept the terms of ESB’s Pay, Conditions and Integration agreement as applied to other staff grades, including the agreed pay increase date and pay restoration provisions. The recommendation was signed on 24 January 2017. The Court also recommended that the union review the agreement over 18 months and bring any proposed amendments to discussions with ESB at the September 2018 review.
