Labour Court recommends four 2.5% pay rises for Kerry Ingredients Listowel craft workers

The Labour Court recommended four annual pay increases of 2.5% for 32 Craft Workers at Kerry Ingredients Listowel, beginning in 2015 and ending in 2018. The recommendation was signed on 16 January 2017. The Technical, Engineering and Electrical Union had sought increases of 5% for 2015 and 2016. The company said 5% rises were unrealistic in a volatile market and proposed 1.5% a year. The Court recommended 2.5% increases for each of the four years.
