The Labour Court recommended that Mylan Teoranta extend its service leave scheme to all staff with immediate effect. The recommendation was signed on 27 June 2016. The Court also recommended that Mylan Teoranta and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union review the legacy sick pay scheme and extend the attendance scheme’s terms to the group. The talks were to be completed within 10 weeks, with outstanding issues referred back to the Court.
