The Labour Court upheld a recommendation against providing a travel pass to a worker at Iss Ireland Limited T/A Iss Facility Services Limited. The decision was signed on 18 May 2016. The worker said he had been entitled to a pass since he started work in 1997 and that colleagues received them. The company said passes were available to certain staff at Heuston Station and to some employees covered by a transfer agreement. The Court found that the worker had never worked at Heuston Station and was not covered by either arrangement. It did not recommend in favour of his claim and upheld the earlier recommendation against providing a pass.
