The Labour Court recommended a 24-month pay agreement for members of the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union and Unite the Union at BOC Gases Ireland Limited trading as BOC Gases. The recommendation was signed on 7 April 2016. The company was to offer two 2.75% pay increases, starting on 1 August 2015 and 1 August 2016, with the agreement ending on 31 July 2017. The unions were to accept the increases in full and final settlement, make no other cost-increasing claims during the agreement and cooperate with normal ongoing change.
