The Labour Court recommended that Enercon Windfarm Services Ireland Ltd recognise the Technical, Engineering And Electrical Union as the chosen representative of employees who join it, and that the parties negotiate a collective agreement. The recommendation was signed on 4 April 2016. The union sought recognition, saying Enercon had declined to meet with it. The employer did not attend the hearing on 24 March 2016.
