The Labour Court recommended an independent facilitator work with Margaret Omezi and Coombe Hospital to resolve workplace difficulties and restore a positive working relationship. The recommendation was signed on 29 March 2016. Omezi, represented by INMO, had appealed after an earlier recommendation found her claim had failed because she had not pursued her grievances effectively. The Court said the issues had persisted for a long time and caused her anxiety and undermined her self-confidence. The Court recommended that the facilitator work with both sides, with their full co-operation, within four weeks. It said the process was intended to settle all matters and was not recommending an investigation into past incidents.
