The Labour Court recommended that Dublin City Council increase its revised offer by €500 each for Categories 2 to 4 in a dispute with Unite over lost call-out earnings. The recommendation was conditional on the workers and union accepting the permanent new shift arrangement and the payments as full and final settlement. The council had offered a one-off payment to eight of the nine affected workers, conditional on accepting the new service structure. The Labour Court signed its recommendation on 8 October 2015.
