The Labour Court did not recommend conceding the annual leave claim or the loss of earnings claim in a dispute involving Teagasc, the Irish Municipal, Public and Civil Trade Union, and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union. The recommendation was signed on 15 September 2015. The dispute concerned four workers who moved to direct Teagasc employment after Warrenstown College closed. The unions sought compensation for reduced annual leave and for one worker’s loss of earnings.
