Labour Court recommends €852.20 expenses reimbursement from Control Hydraulics

The Labour Court recommended that Control Hydraulics Limited reimburse a worker €852.20 for vouched expenses incurred wholly and exclusively in performing his duties. The recommendation was signed on 8 May 2015. The worker said he followed company procedures but had not been paid the expenses due. The employer did not attend the hearing. After considering the worker's uncontested submissions, the Court found him entitled to recover the expenses and recommended payment without further delay.
