The Labour Court recommended that Servisource Healthcare Limited pay five Unite members a retrospective pay increase for the period from 1 March to 9 July 2013. The recommendation was signed on 27 April 2015. The workers were agency staff supplied to Louth County Hospital. Unite sought payment from 10 January, saying the workers began there on that date. The increased rate had already been applied from 30 August 2013, retrospectively to 10 July. The Court recommended payment for the earlier period, within six weeks.
