The Labour Court did not recommend concession of the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union's claim for compensation over reduced overtime earnings at HSE Mid West. It found the overtime was not contractual or regular and rostered in the way that would normally attract compensation. The union sought compensation for income losses; HSE Mid West said the overtime was voluntary and unrostered. The recommendation was signed on 20 April 2015.
