The Labour Court recommended compensation for qualifying overtime losses at Dundrum Central Mental Hospital under the formula in the Public Service Agreement 2010–2014. The recommendation was signed on 12 March 2015. PNA & SIPTU argued that workers who cooperated with earlier changes were entitled to 1.5 times their actual loss. The hospital was willing to compensate for overtime built into rosters but disputed compensation for non-mandatory overtime and overtime replaced by the recruitment of 25 staff. The Court noted that the parties agreed the losses must be offset by revised working hours under the Haddington Road Agreement.
