The Labour Court recommended that JJ Rhatigan & Company allocate €100,000 among workers in full and final settlement of a dispute with Unite the Union over work and alleged underpayment at the Kishogue site. A payment schedule is to be submitted by the union after consulting the affected workers. The Court also recommended mutual assurances against victimisation and facilitating future work for workers whose subcontractor employers win tenders. The recommendation was signed on 29 January 2015.
