The Labour Court recommended that staff cooperate with changes for HSE Procurement's new Procurement Operating Model and that the parties establish a Labour Relations Commission process for issues and staff grievances. The recommendation was dated 13 October 2014. The dispute between HSE Procurement and the Irish Municipal, Public and Civil Trade Union concerned the rate of pay for staff operating the KanBan system in the Mid West. The union sought regrading for stores staff; management said the union's non-cooperation instruction was restricting the project. The Court recommended that the LRC proposal be amended and accepted by both parties. Discussions were to conclude by 31 March 2015, with progress reports to the Court.
