The Labour Court recommended that DLRS Group Security Concepts and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union use the employer’s selection matrix for five compulsory redundancies, adding service and attendance record as factors weighted at 10% each. The recommendation was signed on 12 August 2014. The Court also recommended a 60% pass mark for appointments to available positions. It recommended that both sides accept the job specifications agreed with a facilitator, the pass mark and the amended matrices in full and final settlement.
