The Labour Court did not recommend conceding INMO's claim that incremental credit payments had been withdrawn unevenly at HSE South. INMO said about 50 workers still received the payments, while HSE South said the Haddington Road Agreement had withdrawn them from all employees. The Court found the claim was covered by that agreement on regularising staff in long-term acting positions and could not be reopened. Its recommendation was signed on 29 July 2014.
