The Labour Court recommended that An Post introduce an online attendance-recording system for CPSU members at the GPO in Dublin and review its operation after six months. The recommendation was dated 13 August 2014. The Court said the system was normal ongoing change and that the union should cooperate under the existing agreement. The CPSU sought changes to flexi-time arrangements in return for agreeing to the system, including wider attendance bands and more accumulated flexi days. An Post said it could not concede the union’s claims. The Court did not recommend conceding those claims.
