The Labour Court did not recommend conceding a worker’s claim for a pension or retirement gratuity scheme at South West Doctors on Call Limited, Trading As Southdoc. The recommendation was signed on 3 April 2014. The Court said it would be improper to interfere with priorities set by staff for their union in discussions with the employer. It noted that the company recognised another union for collective bargaining and that superannuation benefits had been addressed in a 2004 recommendation.
