The Labour Court recommended that Cameron Ireland Limited Trading As Cameron Ireland and Unite accept amended pay proposals for 120 workers. The recommendation, signed on 14 March 2014, included a 2.5% increase on earnings from 1 July 2012 to 31 July 2013, followed by 2% increases in each of three annual periods from August 2013 to July 2016. The Court recommended acceptance of the amended proposals in full and final settlement. It said performance targets had been achieved in recent years and the company described future non-achievement as exceptional.
