The Labour Court recommended that holiday pay for workers transferred to Business Mobile Security Services Limited Trading As Integrated Risk Management Services include paid breaks, and that eligible workers receive an extra €0.10 an hour in service pay. The recommendation was signed on 29 October 2013. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union sought holiday pay, service pay, travel allowance and a team leader differential after the transfer. The Court found merit in the holiday-pay claim and some merit in the service-pay claim, but did not recommend conceding the travel allowance or team leader differential claims.
