The Labour Court recommended that a worker submit details and supporting documents for his bullying, harassment and victimisation complaints to An Post. The company should process them under its internal procedures and aim to conclude the process within 14 weeks of receiving them. The worker said a colleague had become more aggressive and that he was moved to another office. An Post said the dispute arose from decisions about his capacity and fitness for work, and efforts to manage attendance and performance. The recommendation was signed on 31 July 2013.
