The Labour Court recommended that Holy Angels concede the union's claim for a worker to receive increments, after finding her pay should rise in line with similarly graded HSE staff. The recommendation was signed on 20 May 2013. The worker, represented by the Irish Municipal, Public and Civil Trade Union, said she had received no increment since 2009. Holy Angels declined to attend the hearing.
