The Labour Court recommended that Grafton Recruitment mediate with its client to resolve a worker’s grievances, in a recommendation signed on 30 April 2013. The worker said he had not been offered further assignments after making a bullying complaint and passing a medical assessment that cleared him to return to work. Grafton said it placed temporary workers at client sites and that the number of shifts available at the site had fallen from 322 in October 2012 to 88 in March 2013. If mediation does not resolve the matter, the dispute may return to the Court.
