The Labour Court did not find in favour of Services Industrial Professional Technical Union's pay claim on behalf of workers at Ireland West Airport Knock, upholding an assessor's finding that the company could not afford an increase. The union sought some element of the increase after a pay freeze and reductions to overtime and working hours. The employer said two independent financial assessments showed it could not fund a rise. The Court's recommendation was signed on 16 April 2013.
