The Labour Court recommended full cooperation with the National Lottery’s electronic attendance system and arrangements to record staff attendance when employees work outside the office. Its recommendation, signed on 11 March 2013, followed a dispute with PSEU over attendance recording, flexi-time and banked hours. The Court recommended that the banked-hours buyout follow the Labour Court proposal and that the flexi-time scheme do the same, with leave in lieu replaced by payment.
