The Labour Court recommended that HSE Dublin North East and INMO resume discussions about reassigning theatre nurses rostered on call at weekends at Cavan General Hospital. The recommendation was dated 17 January 2013. The Court said the talks should begin as soon as practicable, last no more than four weeks and cover the outstanding issues. Existing arrangements should continue in the meantime.
