The Labour Court recommended enhanced severance terms for 25 workers at Lagan Brick Limited, represented by the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union. The package would include statutory redundancy plus an extra week’s pay per year of service, capped at €700 for day workers, €800 for craft workers and €1,000 for night workers.
