The Labour Court rejected an INMO-backed worker’s claim for regrading from Clinical Nurse Manager III to Assistant Director of Nursing at HSE West. It said it could not assess the claim without an independent evaluation and could not recommend it because it would increase costs under the Public Service Agreement 2010–2014. The Court also recommended that both sides follow their agreed procedures in future disputes. Its recommendation was signed on 14 March 2011.
