The Labour Court recommended that Iss Security make no change to the agreed relocation formula for workers moved to Celbridge and did not recommend concession of the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union's Melview claim. The recommendation was signed on 2 September 2010. The union also sought restoration of a €20 weekly control-room allowance for four security officers. The Court considered that changed circumstances meant continued payment was no longer justified, but recommended further talks about duties that remained and new responsibilities.
