The Labour Court recommended that Stobart (Ireland) Limited negotiate with the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union over pay and conditions for six workers whose terms were lower than those of colleagues doing similar work. It also recommended that two workers assigned different duties be returned to their former duties and location. Stobart said it had insufficient time to respond fully and noted that the workers’ contracts named Dublin as their work location. The recommendation was signed on 10 June 2010.
