The Labour Court recommended that Coillte restore agreed subsistence arrangements retrospectively to when they were changed. The recommendation was signed on 17 May 2010. The Irish Municipal, Public and Civil Trade Union said Coillte had changed the collective agreement without agreement. Coillte said employees could still claim the 10-hour rate with receipts. The Court said changes to the claiming terms required negotiation and agreement between the parties.
