The Labour Court recommended that workers made redundant at 10 community development projects receive three weeks' pay per year of service above statutory redundancy entitlement. It also recommended the parties cooperate in seeking funding for the payments. The recommendation covered CAP Axis Community Centre, ICRG, North Clondalkin CDP, West Tallaght Resource Centre, Partners Training for Transformation, Kilmore West CDP, Link CDP, Unit 1 & 2 Killarney Court, Equal Access CDP and Southside CDP. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union and IMPACT represented the union side. The Court said workers had long and loyal service and their claims merited consideration.
