The Labour Court recommended that Dunnes Stores delete references to 2008 incidents from a worker’s personnel file and facilitate the breaks she required. The recommendation was signed on 22 March 2010. The worker, who began at the company’s Thurles branch in 2003, had alleged intimidation and harassment by the human resources manager and sought lost earnings. On her uncontested evidence, the Court found it unfair to keep the incident records. It did not recommend conceding her lost earnings claim.
