The Labour Court rejected a claim by the Irish Nurses and Midwives Orgainisation (INMO) against HSE Midlands for weekend call-out rates for telephone and documentation work by palliative care Clinical Nurse Specialists. The recommendation was signed on 23 February 2010. The Court said the nurses' on-call payments had been reviewed in 2006 to account for the specialist nature of their weekend work.
