The Labour Court recommended that Health Services Executive West and the Irish Municipal, Public and Civil Trade Union agree on an external consultant to evaluate the posts of 10 Training Centre Managers amid a long-running regrading dispute. The evaluation should use job descriptions and other material already agreed, begin as soon as possible and be implemented from a date agreed by the parties. The Court signed its recommendation on 7 August 2009.
