The Labour Court recommended that staff at Our Lady's Hospital, Cashel cooperate with temporary transfers from three service units to the main hospital when needed. The recommendation was signed on 28 May 2009. The Services Industrial Professional Technical Union said staff had been told they would not have to work in the main hospital building. Management said staff were not employed in a single unit and that redeployment was needed to meet service requirements.
