The Labour Court recommended a pay scale halfway between the A.P. and A.P.1 scales for Regional Sea Fisheries Control Managers, following a dispute between the Sea Fisheries Protection Authority and the Irish Municipal, Public And Civil Trade Union. The Court did not recommend conceding the Sea Food Control Manager claim or the Senior Port Officers and Senior Fisheries Officers claim. Its recommendation was signed on 12 March 2009.
