The Labour Court did not recommend that Federal Security concede the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union’s claim for a meal allowance for security officers working on trains during major sporting events. The Court recommended that the parties ensure appropriate facilities for staff to take meals were available under the Employment Regulation Order.
