The Labour Court recommended that Dakota Packaging Ltd increase its one-off voucher offer from €150 to €200 per person in a dispute with the Dublin Printing Group of Unions and the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union over delayed pay increases and retrospection. The Court also recommended bringing forward the final Towards 2016 payment to 1 May 2008 if the company’s finances allowed. Otherwise, a meeting with the IRO should take place on 9 April, as already agreed. The recommendation was signed on 31 January 2008.
