Labour Court declines PSEU claim for revised An Post pay terms

The Labour Court did not recommend conceding PSEU’s claim for retrospective pay terms at An Post. In a recommendation dated 31 October 2007, it said it could not reopen an earlier recommendation that the parties had accepted. PSEU sought the same retrospective payment terms that had been recommended in a separate dispute involving the CWU and An Post. The Court said the earlier recommendation had been accepted by all parties and that it had discharged its function in that dispute.
