The Labour Court could not recommend concession of Mandate's 10% pay increase claim for administrative staff at the Law Society of Ireland. The Court said the claim was cost-increasing and debarred by Towards 2016. The recommendation was signed on 11 July 2007. Mandate argued that the Society's expansion had increased staff duties, while the Society said its pay scales had been adjusted under national pay agreements.
