The Labour Court recommended that the Services Industrial Professional Technical Union accept Irish Distillers Limited (Idl)'s conciliation proposal over contracting out additional warehousing at its Dublin bottling plant. The recommendation was signed on 1 February 2007. The proposal offered the seven workers redeployment, severance, or continued IDL financial terms for up to four workers in the contracted operation, with options for the others.
