The Labour Court recommended against a worker’s claim for 43 hours of unpaid overtime at P J Boner & Co. Limited. The recommendation was dated 18 September 2006. The worker was employed as an instrument service and calibration technician. The union said the overtime was requested by a customer, Wyeth Medica. The company disputed that it had authorised the hours and said the worker had received paid time off in lieu. The Court found that he had not established an entitlement to the overtime claimed.
